All our personalised orders are made by us within 3-5 days business days of receiving payment. During a sale period,Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc. Turn around times will increase. We will inform customers of cut off periods via our socials & the website so please keep these times & dates in mind when placing your order.
Shipping costs are estimated on size and weight of items. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and will be dispatched from our studio in Perth WA.
We mainly use Australia post for shipping our orders.
Once the parcel leaves our hands we put our faith in the couriers to do their part and deliver parcels on time. In the event a parcel is delayed but still delivered we don't accept refunds on those orders.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer express shipping via Australia Post.
This service is shipped from Studio in Perth and takes approximately 4 business days (once dispatched from our studio) depending on your location.
Shipping times may be longer during peak periods like Easter, Mother's Day and Christmas due to higher volumes of parcel having to be delivered.

Please be advised express postage refers to a faster postal service when your item is shipped. It doesn't affect or change our turnaround times which are on the website.
